How It Works
WAY TO WORK TOGETHER
Sleep Theory's ACCESS program allows clients to have discussions and meetings with Sleep Theory's consultants to take a deep look into the clinic to help identify the key action items, and discuss solution scenarios. These agreements have monthly fees that varies depending on the complexity of the practice, number of staff access and areas of expertise that is required. Consulting fees are month to month or discounted annual rate.
Sleep Theory's PROJECT program outlines project's objectives, the scope of work, measurement of success, and the time frame in which Sleep Theory's team will work “hands on” with select managers, and key team members. Clinics use this program if they do not have the time or resources and includes the services of the ACCESS program. Projects can last from 1 month to 1 year. Fees vary based upon the project and bottom line results.
Sleep Clinics are built differently and require unique solutions. Once an agreement is arranged, clients have the ability to access the Sleep Theory’s consultants and network as needed. Clear communication and effective collaboration are the best way to complete projects on time. That is the reason why we do not have an hourly rate. We want our clients to win.
When a client is ready to move forward with a project, we develop the program, and all of the fees are included. If needed, Sleep Theory can use its expansive network to help execute client’s projects, which is great for clients, as they can have access to some of the best and brightest minds in the Sleep Medicine Industry to solve their problems.
EXAMPLE OF VALUE TO CLIENTS
The value of previous projects appears to be multifold, including:
• Improved business systems built for scalable growth (including reduction of outside system tracking).
• Business owners and administrators have a clear understanding of company status with tools to continue to improve.
• Improved Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and operational efficiency.
• Business systems built to protect major production loss against a loss of a key employee.
• Even greater stature in the eyes of Ownership by having a full understanding and control of their company.
it only takes one idea...
Sr. Consultant | President
Jason Mueller, Senior Consultant and President of Sleep Theory has over 11 years in the Sleep Medicine field. His responsibilities ranged from ownership and general management of Physician-Owned Sleep Clinics, Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities, and Durable Medical Equipment companies. He’s turned around struggling clinics, revived revenue cycle systems, re-branded clinics, improved operational efficiency leveraging technology and integrated telemedicine with sleep practices.
Jason's approach is to study the clinic through leadership, culture, services, business systems and patterns. He understands that while it is easy to point out a problem, the solution is hardly a one-size-fits-all. Sustainable solutions require a deep understanding of the clinics history and current circumstances with heavy consideration towards the law of unintended consequences.
Jason and his wife, Cecilia have three boys and lives just outside his hometown of Austin, Texas. He has always had a passion for problem solving and building systems that make life a little easier. A continual student of leadership and general knowledge, he chases the enjoyment of tackling a complex problem. He is a fan of sports but loves the Chicago Cubs and Texas Longhorns. He coaches youth football, and likes to hear other's views of the world (even politics!). He is a graduate of UMass Amherst's Isenberg School of Management, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
